Office Space
We have office space to sublet for a psychologist, psychotherapist, or other mental health practitioner interested in seeing clients in person and building out their practice. We are conveniently located at the corner of Danforth and Broadview and just outside of Broadview Station.
Our office suite is beautifully appointed, bright, comfortable, and convenient for clients. It includes a waiting room and washroom for client use, and a kitchenette and break room for your use. WI-FI is also included.
The office available for subletting (the associate office in the photos above) is set up with two arm chairs and a small couch and is ideal for individual or couples counselling. There is a desk for completing notes or virtual appointments, a printer, and basic office supplies.
Availability
We are offering a minimum of a half day on the same day each week. For example, every Monday from 8am to 1pm or every Wednesday from 2pm to 7pm. This allows you to test the waters and see how clients respond to the option to come in person without having to sublet an entire day each week.

No long term contract required, just 60 days notice to cancel sublet agreement.
