This contact form should only be used to inquire about the availability of services or ask a question about our services. Information submitted through this contact form is shared with Squarespace (our online website host) so that they can provide website services to Starling Psychological Services. This information is also shared with Google Workspace (which includes Google Drive) for storage purposes.

Please also note that your submission of a question or request through this contact form does not constitute the initiation of a formal client/therapist relationship. You are not considered to be a client of Starling Psychological Services by contacting our office through this contact form. You are only considered a client of Starling Psychological Services once you and your clinician have formally initiated a psychotherapeutic relationship.
